Your face is precious
When you entrust something as precious as your face to someone, you want to know that you’re in the best and safest hands.
Wrinkle treatments using Botox can reduce or even remove the appearance of the fine lines and wrinkles and loose ageing skin that are a classic giveaway of your age. We treat typical problem areas such as brow and frown lines, smokers’ lines and crows’ feet, as well as more advanced areas such as neck bands or the corners of your mouth, which may be turning down and giving you a sad appearance as you grow older.
We take a conservative, ‘less is more’ approach to wrinkle-free injections to ensure that you retain some muscle movement to leave your face as natural and expressive as ever. Our clients often comment on our aesthetic doctors’ soft touch and how reassuring it is.
After their treatment, many of our clients tell us that they look like a refreshed, rejuvenated and happier version of themselves. We think that’s the ultimate outcome and testament to the precision skill of our team.
We can also use Botox to effectively treat medical conditions such as hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and bruxism (teeth grinding).
Your treatment plan will be bespoke to you - your face is precious and unique, and we will treat it as such.
Is Botox safe?
Botox has an excellent safety record that spans more than 30 years. Side effects are uncommon and minimal. After your treatment, you may experience a headache, swelling or mild bruising but these short-term effects should pass quickly.
In rare cases, Botox treatments can cause Ptosis, mild weakness or paralysis of the eyelid or brow that causes it to droop. This is usually caused by an inadequate injection technique. When you come to Waterhouse Young, you will be in the skilled and safe hands of an experienced aesthetic doctor, minimising any potential side effects.
